COMPUTER GENERATED NUTRITIONAL ANALYSIS

By Dr. Robert F. Moore, N.M.D., C.N.C.

I would like to introduce an exciting computer-generated nutritional analysis program based on laboratory science and computer technology. This system was designed to bring my 20 plus years of studying nutritional medicine and state of the art computer technology to assist in developing a comprehensive individualized health care plan. It is an educational tool to reveal glandular imbalances and deficiencies, as well as an informational tool that can open new insights into the mysteries of nutritional individuality and biochemistry.

This computerized analysis can clarify endocrine dysfunctions via standard blood and urine test results and can also interpret saliva/urine hormones as well as whole blood hair or urine minerals. This is accomplished by organizing the lab values into patterns (cluster-collated) to 15 possible metabolic classifications based on glandular/organ functions, and generates a 20 - 50 page report of findings which can interpret up to 750 different items to identify an individual's biochemical/nutritional requirements. The report also provides a weighted measurement of acid/alkaline balance, including a list of lab tests that fall in either category. A symptomatic questionnaire is also incorporated that references 36 categories based on significant medical history and subjective complaints. This is designed to produce a set of Lifestyle Recommendations that is designed to augment the nutritional recommendations.

In addition to the computerized profile, a battery of 30 trace and toxic metals can be surveyed through blood, hair, or urine samples analyzing such metals as arsenic, mercury, lead, zinc, iodine, copper and many more. The results of these tests help to target out-of-balance conditions. In addition, the results give recommendations based on the latest in nutritional research which generates a list of specific vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, etc. that can be taken to help bring the patient back into optimal health. Further, refinements are made with follow-up visits, and patients are encouraged to discuss these findings with their primary care physician.

I feel this program provides the best possible approach in individualized nutritional analysis and improved integrative patient care. I invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to live better, longer.
